Thulasi works with juniors to build foundational strength and movement skills, ensuring they develop confidence and proper techniques from an early age. For adults and seniors, she integrates her knowledge of exercise physiology and functional training to enhance mobility, endurance, and overall health. With experience in cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) and physiological assessments, she is particularly skilled at tailoring programs for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and improving quality of life through safe and effective training methods.

Beyond the gym, Thulasi enjoys running and hiking, embracing an active lifestyle that reflects her commitment to fitness. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Tamil, and Mandarin, she easily connects with clients from diverse backgrounds, creating a supportive and engaging training environment.
