In the era of iPads, iPhones and computer games, and with school sports activities being designed more for entertainment, getting your juniors to participate in properly structured exercise can be a challenge. So, whether you’re looking for a weight loss program, or a program for your youngster to improve in their chosen sport, we can help.

We’ve all known of the physical benefits of exercise and this is most important in our developing years. Regular physical activity will help children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

Physical activity will also help build a child’s cognitive development, which in turn can help in their academic success. This is because the body (physical) and brain (cognitive) go hand-in-hand. When youngsters are active, their brain will develop faster than non-active children, allowing them to stand out from the crowd.
